Blueberry Muffin in a Jar

I don’t know about you but I LOVE blueberry muffins. Besides double chocolate muffins, blueberries are in my top 3. I could bake muffins which I have before but why not make a smoothie dessert?

This smoothie is by far one of my favorites. I didn’t want my weight loss journey to be a miserable one so this is one of the cool ideas I had while having smoothies for breakfast. Even now, I like to have this occasionally, especially on those very busy days where I know I probably wont have the time to indulge in every single bite of my overnight oats.

This is great if you are also trying to become regular again due to the minimal digestion work your intestines need to digest & absorb this meal.

This meal is full of rich antioxidants from the blueberries & spinach, some creamy healthy fats & protein from the peanut butter, some extra health fats & fiber from the chia seeds, extra protein from the protein powder & vitamin E from the Almond milk.

This drink is truly a power house that hits every area of well nourished first meal of the day but also tastes so delicious, it makes you feel like you are having a dessert treat early in the morning without the crash afterwards.

If you are interested in picking up your own protein powder from the same brand I use, you can use my affiliate link HERE or you can go to the website & use my promo code CURLYFIT30 that will get you 30% off of your first order.

I know you will enjoy this one so I would love to hear your thoughts down below.
