Truly Easy Tuna Patties
These tuna patties are so so good. For a while I decided not to eat cow meat, for personal reasons, and these tuna patties are the best replacement!
Another reason I decided to incorporate this into my staples meals is its loaded with so much protein. 38g of protein per serving to be exact.
Consuming a high protein diet is another great way to loose weight because of a few reasons:
• Protein takes longer to be digested therefore it keeps you satiated longer
• Lean proteins are generally low in calories so it’s hard to go over the calorie bank
Give this recipe a try over some cauliflower rice and peas or maybe even in between some hamburger buns.

Saphia’s Tips
The patties should be about 4in wide but it's best just to make sure you have an equal amount of 5 patties to cook
