My name is Saphia Baldwin. In 2019, I began my weight-loss journey, starting at 279lbs with nothing but a hunch that keto was the way to go. After a year, I lost 70lbs but I barely had any muscle mass and couldn’t stick with the diet. I felt like I was stuck and I had no idea what I was really doing. I figured that the only reason i stuck with keto was my weight loss. What I wanted more was a sustainable healthy way of eating that I can do for the rest of my life and not just for the sake of dropping a few pounds. Shortly after being diagnosed with PCOS, I realized something has to change. I then decided to try a different approach, after doing months of research and experiments on myself I finally found something that worked. A year went by and I dropped another 30 lbs. God put a spark in me to share everything i’ve learned and show my journey to reach my ultimate goal and help inspire people to do the same.

I am currently working on my undergraduate and going to school to get my masters to become a Registered Dietician. As of now, I am working on my CPT (certified personal trainer)and CES(certified excerzing specialist).

When I am not studying I am creating content and videos on my YouTube channel such as health tips, meal preps, etc. As well as, posting on my blog (that you are looking at now :3) and my Instagram page. I also have a Pinterest account if you are interested in finding some other quick recipes that I may or may not have posted on my Blog.

I am so excited to be finally taking this step of sharing everything that I have learned over these past 2-3yrs. I hope whoever is reading this becomes inspired and desires to make a change not just for the now, but for the future and everything after.

A healthy lifestyle isn’t easy with so many tempting and convenient fast food places out there and processed already packaged foods. The journey to making these changes though are so rewarding and is nourishment not just for the body but for the mind and spirit as well.
