A creamy white smoothie with vegetables included. Make this ahead in freezer bags or make it the morning of. EIther way, you'll be suprised and satisfied.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Frozen Rice Cauliflower
- 1/2 Frozen Medium Banana
- 10 fl oz Unsweetened Coconut or Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnnamon
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Enjoy!
